We now need to write a function that generates a URL based on the controller and action names passed to it. To help us with URL generation, we will use the Url helper that comes with Zend_Controller. The only thing to be aware of is that this helper will not prefix the generated URL with a slash, or even with the base URL (as mentioned in the preceding tip).
